U.S. Shipping & Support (Quick Summary)

At Lovenary, we understand that you are eager to receive your order, and we are committed to getting your precious memorial to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time 
All of our memorial jewelry and urns are handmade with care and personalized just for you. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and production before your item ships. This does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations 
We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and times vary by destination. You can see the available options and costs at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    • Standard Shipping (5-13 business days): 

    • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.

All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Carriers 
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on the best service for your location.

5. Order Tracking 
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site.

6. Shipping Address 
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us within 30 days of the delivered date, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.
