Our Promise: Your Peace of Mind
At Lovenary, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Due to the deeply personal and hygienic nature of our DIY memorial kits, all sales are final once the product kit has been opened. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items as they cannot be resold.

What is Covered:
We stand behind the quality of our kits. If your order arrives with any components damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us at support@lovenary.com within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly send a replacement for the defective part or, if necessary, the entire kit at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Claim:
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect in your email.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for items that are confirmed to be defective and cannot be replaced, or if the customer cancels an unshipped order. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
